Hatch lets importers and exporters submit all of the documents tied to a shipment in three simple steps: photograph the documents, pay a flat processing fee, then complete identity verification and sign. Your client then sees everything in their Hatch dashboard.

Any document related to your incoming or outgoing shipment — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, permits, and more. Just photograph each one with your phone.

Hatch charges a single flat processing fee of USD 150 per shipment. There are no subscriptions and no hidden charges — you pay only when you submit a shipment's documents.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms the identity of the person submitting the documents. It keeps every shipment traceable and trusted, and protects both you and your client.

Once you finish the three steps, all of your shipment information and documents appear automatically in your client's Hatch dashboard — no email attachments, no lost files, available in real time.

Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, every signature is logged, and each upload and verification step is recorded in a full audit trail.
